Today's world events causes me to think about just how much I take for granted.
My husband. My boys. For our health. For our home. For heat, electricity and cable. For reliable transportation and fresh groceries. For democracy and freedom. For LIFE.
Unfortunately, we only think about them when they are no longer there.
We are a very blessed people.
Prayers to the people and friends of Haiti.
Amen to that, sister. We're so spoiled and don't realize it. I pray that God keeps this on the forefront of our minds so we continue to be grateful without needing a catastrophe to remind us.
